Warranty

Manufacturer warranties exist to offer the consumer (you) protection from faulty products. Sometimes defective products end up making it through and its possible they do not fail right away.

All parts will eventually fail, but they shouldnt within a reasonable time frame. 

Alpine Systems Warranty Structure

1. Pre-Built Systems Warranty

Coverage Period:

  • Individual Component Manufacturer Warranties: Manufacturer warranties (typically 1-5 years per component)

  • Alpine Systems Limited Warranty: 1 Year from purchase date

What's Covered:

  • Component failures due to manufacturing defects

  • Performance issues within specification ranges

  • DOA (Dead on Arrival) components

  • Assembly-related issues caused by Alpine Systems

What's NOT Covered:

  • Physical damage from misuse or accidents

  • Liquid damage

  • Modifications made by customer or third parties

  • Normal wear and tear after 1 Year

Warranty Start Date: From date of purchase/delivery

2. Custom Computer Builds Warranty

Coverage Period:

  • Individual Component Manufacturer Warranties: Manufacturer warranties (typically 1-5 years per component)

  • Alpine Systems Limited Warranty: 1 Year from purchase date

What's Covered:

  • All individual components under their respective manufacturer warranties

  • Build compatibility and assembly workmanship

  • Initial system stability and performance testing

  • Part replacement coordination during warranty period

What's NOT Covered:

  • Customer-selected incompatible components (after consultation)

  • Damage from customer modifications post-delivery

  • Performance expectations beyond component specifications

Special Notes:

  • Manufacturer Warranty periods start from component purchase date, not delivery date unless otherwise specified

  • Alpine Systems assists with RMA processes for manufacturer warranties

3. Refurbished Computer Warranty

Coverage Period:

  • Alpine Systems Warranty: 60 days from purchase

  • New Parts Added: Manufacturer warranty on any new components installed

What's Covered:

  • Functionality of all refurbished components

  • New parts installed during refurbishment process

  • System stability and basic performance benchmarks

  • Cleaning and optimization work performed

What's NOT Covered:

  • Cosmetic wear consistent with refurbished status

  • Components showing normal age-related performance decline

  • Upgrades or modifications post-purchase

Refurbishment Standards:

  • Complete system cleaning and testing

  • Performance baseline establishment

  • Fresh parts replacement where needed for reliability

Universal Warranty Terms (All Categories)

Claim Process:

  1. Make a Warranty Claim

  2. Provide purchase information and describe the issue

  3. Diagnostic consultation (free of charge)

  4. Repair/replacement determination

Repair Coverage:

  • Full Coverage: If damage/failure is due to Alpine Systems malpractice

  • Standard Coverage: Component replacement under warranty terms

  • Labor: Covered for warranty-related repairs

Customer Responsibilities:

  • Proper system care and maintenance

  • Timely warranty claim reporting

  • System availability for diagnostic testing if local (Remote option if system is able)
