Warranty

Lets start with understanding why manufacturer warranties exist and how we apply them.

Manufacturer warranties exist to offer the consumer (you) protection from faulty products. Sometimes defective products end up making it through and its possible they do not fail right away.

All parts will eventually fail, but they shouldnt within a reasonable time frame. 

How will we help you?

While we are not the manufacturer we can still offer to make claims on your behalf while the component is covered in their warranty.

​

We will provide a 90-day warranty to replace defective parts for free unless the component does not have a manufacturer warranty. Depending on why the component failed, we may be willing to replace it at a discounted cost. After 90-days we can handle Manufacturer Warranties but charge labor to replace the part. â€‹

In our experience if a component is going to fail before its expected end-of-life it will happen in the first 90-days.

We will maintain our own records of products bought and used on your system. We recommend keeping them yourself aswell after payment.

​

As a courtesy we are willing to file the warranty claims on your behalf and stay up to date with warranty information.
